Meet the GRDC Team

Greg Molchan

Greg Molchan

Lead Pastor & Executive Director

Greg Molchan serves as Lead Pastor and Executive Director of Grand Rapids Dream Center, a role he has
held since the movement's founding in late 2013. Before GRDC, Greg spent years with an evangelistic missions organization, preaching the gospel and coordinating outreach across more than 19 countries and numerous urban communities throughout the U.S. — a season that ignited his lasting love for the inner city and shaped GRDC's mission of trading short-term outreach for long-term, generational transformation.

Greg has been joined every step of the way by his wife of 25 years, Leah, who co-founded GRDC and remains fully invested in its vision to change lives. Their three children all serve at GRDC on a weekly basis.

A few fun facts about Greg: he has a shameless love for coffee, working out, and taking care of his yard.

Leah Molchan

Leah Molchan

Women's Director

Leah Molchan serves as Women's Director at Grand Rapids Dream Center, where she leads Genesis Destiny, a mentorship and discipleship program for young women in grades 7–12, and Ember Ignite, an adult women's Bible study — both dedicated to building Godly identity and character rooted in the virtues of Christ. These ministries have raised up several women who now serve and mentor within GRDC themselves. Leah also leads the Elderly Impact team, which faithfully serves residents at Reflections Elder Housing Complex week after week through companionship, prayer, practical care, and the love of Christ.

Leah has been married for 25 years to her best friend and GRDC co-founder, Greg, and is mom to three
children.

A few fun facts about Leah: she finds joy in walking, biking, going to bed early and rising for coffee and Scripture, and — despite her love of pasta and ice cream — living a life fully surrendered to Christ. Her favorite verse, Psalm 27:13–14, captures her heart: a bold, enduring hope in the goodness and presence of the Lord.

Beth George

Beth George

Executive Administrator

Beth George serves as Executive Administrator at Grand Rapids Dream Center, working closely
alongside Director Greg Molchan across donor relations, ministry programming, communications, event planning, and organizational operations.

Beth has been married for 21 years to her best friend and is mom to four kids.

A few fun facts about Beth: she finds joy in lazy weekends with family, reading, traveling, and good sushi. Her motivator verse, Micah 6:8, calls her to “act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly” — a
heartbeat that shapes how she serves both GRDC and the people around her.

Mason Kipkosgei

Mason Kipkosgei

Youth, Property, Assistance & Logistics Admin & Coordinator

Mason Kipkosgei serves as GRDC's Youth, Property, Assistance & Logistics Admin & Coordinator. He helps maintain and care for all Dream Center properties, ensuring facilities provide a safe, welcoming, and functional environment for ministry, and assists with the logistics and coordination of events and ongoing ministry activities, helping create opportunities for people to connect, grow, and be served. Mason works closely with GRDC's men's programs, building relationships and providing one-on-one mentorship and support for students.

He loves watching boys turn into young men of God — showing them the love of the Father that's been shown to him in his own life, and that has transformed it.

A few fun facts about Mason: he's a die-hard Michigan State and Seahawks fan, loves hiking, kayaking, and coffee, and is a self-described aviation geek. His favorite book is The Hobbit, his favorite book of the Bible is Hebrews, and his favorite verse is John 3:30: “He must increase, but I must decrease.” His favorite part of Dream Center is discipling students and watching them grow.

Elli Raterman

Elli Raterman

Genesis Destiny & Children's Ministry

Elliana Raterman works primarily with GRDC's young women's program, Genesis Destiny, coming alongside young women to minister, support, teach, and advocate for them as they make progress toward their goals. She also helps with children's ministry by leading a group of girls and coordinating details, as well as with GRDC's food delivery program.

Elli is passionate about leading others into an intimate relationship with their Creator through faithful discipleship.

A few fun facts about Elli: she loves painting, hiking, writing, and spending time with her family.

Isaac Cox

Isaac Cox

Director of Ministry

Isaac Cox serves as the Director of Ministry at Grand Rapids Dream Center. The Director of Ministry leads and advances K–12 ministry at GRDC by developing youth spiritually, equipping volunteers, and driving excellence in weekly programming and community outreach. Isaac is passionate about helping others grow in humility, resilience, confidence, and in their God-given potential and identity.

Isaac is married to his wife, Abbey, and they have four great kids together.

A few fun facts about Isaac: he loves to train and teach Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, a nice warm quality cup of coffee, and has a never-satisfied sweet tooth for strawberry shakes. His favorite verse is Matthew 28:19: “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations.”

Darrell Mobley

Darrell Mobley

Hospitality Facilitator

Darrell Mobley serves as Hospitality Facilitator at Grand Rapids Dream Center, coordinating and facilitating the menu for events across GRDC's ministry programs. He also serves as a liaison between volunteers and the community.

Darrell loves serving his community and organization — being able to give and receive support balances out his faith, both within himself and among the families GRDC serves.

A few fun facts about Darrell: he loves to cook and create an environment that feels like home, where people can sit and fellowship with a spoon or a fork — maybe a hot dog or burger with a side of mac and cheese. For Darrell, feeding the body and ministering to the spirit go hand in hand: good food and the good word, so you leave full of grace, peace, and the Spirit.

Yolanda Johnson

Yolanda Johnson

Assistance / Oakdale Admin Associate

Yolanda Johnson serves as GRDC's Assistance/Oakdale Admin Associate. She is the point person for team communication during evening programming, is first on site, and inputs weekly check-ins for students, parents, guardians, mentors, supports, and volunteers. Yolanda also assists the Food Coordinator with meal setup and preparation. She is a strong believer in providing safe spaces for children and meaningful out-of-school activities rooted in growth and faith.

Yolanda is mother to three children plus a bonus child (her nephew), all of whom are involved in Dream Center programs, and brings more than 20 years of experience as an early childhood educator.

A few fun facts about Yolanda: she loves writing poetry, traveling when she can, and spending time with family and friends. She once sang in a youth choir that traveled to the Netherlands to perform.
