Community Outreach
Every Thursday, our volunteer teams load up groceries and drive straight into the neighborhoods that need them most. It is more than a delivery. It is a chance to build trust and show the love of Christ in a practical, tangible way.
Throughout the year, we extend that same spirit of connection through block parties, holiday events, and even a hot dog cart rolling through the neighborhood — simple, joyful ways to bring people together and remind our community they are seen, valued, and loved.
Youth Programs
Powerhouse
Children and youth are the future. Many of the communities we serve in have some of the highest rates of single-parent households and homes without a stable father or male figure. This creates a need for consistent, caring adults who can offer children and youth unconditional love and biblical direction. We are honored that God has entrusted us with this calling in the communities we serve.
We live out this calling through Powerhouse which is our children and youth program. Powerhouse is built on Bible-based, obedience-focused discipleship that grows out of real relationships.
Our goal is simple: connect child or youth with a small group and a mentor. Our long-term vision is to continually raise up and equip mentors who make a lasting impact in the lives of children and youth. We've developed a simple, effective system paired with straightforward training so that any caring adult can step into mentoring and discipleship.
World Changers
World Changers Mission
Loving and serving families. Walking in authentic manhood and men's community. Building job and career readiness.
Men are created to be brave, courageous, humble, and sacrificial — we see this model in the life of Christ. Every man carries that call, whether he's learned to live it out or not. World Changers exists to launch men into authentic manhood and help them fulfill that call.
Next Generation Leadership Mentor-Mentee Program
A committed mentorship program investing in young men through community impact, physical training, recreation, and goal-setting. Mentor groups meet weekly during Winter and Summer sessions, with Fall and Spring reconnects and ongoing one-on-one mentoring.
Yard Team Starter Work Program
A summer program teaching young men to run and service yard equipment while learning the value of hard work. Participants earn an entry-level wage.
Genesis Destiny
Empowering Young Women Through Discipleship
Genesis Destiny is our young women's discipleship ministry, created to help young women grow in faith, discover their purpose, and build strong, Christ-centered relationships.
Through mentorship, community, and biblical teaching, we walk alongside young women as they navigate life's challenges, discover their God-given identity, and step into the destiny He has for them. Our focus: making disciples who make disciples.
Adult Programs
Ember Ignite, Dream Believers, Reflections
Adult life at GRDC is about growing in faith and community together. Ember Ignite, our women's Bible study, cultivates a space where women are empowered, supported, and celebrated as they grow in God's Word and walk boldly in who He's called them to be. Dream Believers brings adults together across another Bible study centered on digging into Scripture and building real, lasting relationships.
Beyond study, we also serve at Reflections Senior Community, sharing meals, laughter, and meaningful conversation with residents. It's a simple but powerful way to bridge generations and show up for our neighbors with consistency and care.
